Deepak Srinath has operating and management experience in Mobile VAS, IT services and business services prior to co-founding Viedea. Before founding Viedea, he was at July Systems, a mobile VAS infrastructure provider funded by Motorola Ventures, Sequoia Capital, etc. His roles included product management of July's flagship Mobile Marketplace platform and business development for the EMEA region. Prior to this he was a part of the start-up management team for the UK operations of Apar Infotech (later Ness Technologies), where he helped the company grow from zero to over GBP 5 million revenue. Deepak also started and successfully exited a Bangalore based IT recruitment company, focused on turnkey staffing solutions for the high-tech sector. He has an MBA from Manchester Business School and a BE in Computer Science from National Institute of Engineering, Mysore.

Uday Disley has worked in corporate planning, strategy and cross border M&A roles prior to co-founding Viedea. Before founding Viedea, he was the Head of Corporate Planning and strategy at Valdel Corporation, a multi-business conglomerate with interests in Oil & Gas Engineering Services, Retail & Retail space development, IT & ITES and Power. He was instrumental in multiple successful cross border and domestic M&A deals along with domestic private equity investments. Prior to this he started and successfully exited a business consulting firm for start-ups and mid-sized IT companies, with clients such as Sonata Software, Aditi Technologies and Amsoft International. He currently is an investor in Xtremezone, India's largest adventure sports company. He has completed courses in International Business Strategy and E-Business from London School of Economics, an MBA from TAPMI and Bachelor of Commerce from Bangalore University.

Vijay Sodiwala is based in the UK and responsible for Indo-UK cross border transactions. He has over 20+ years work experience across Europe and US in telecoms, IT, retail, media, defence, internet and IPTV. Vijay was most recently part of the executive management of Video Networks a pioneering IPTV company which launched the first copper line based triple play service in the UK. At Video Networks he was responsible for helping to create and launch the triple play product set and managing the internet and voice services businesses. Subsequently he was involved in the merger of this business with a major UK ISP and the delivery of IPTV services to third parties. Previously he was the Managing Director of telecoms subsidiary of a News Corporation subsidiary where he grew the business from Pound 1.5m in revenues to Pound 75m in three years. Vijay has also founded a business and technology consultancy which provided consulting services to leading FTSE 100 companies. Vijay has an MBA from London Business School and a BSc in Electrical & Electronic Engineering.

Aravind G.R has over four years of work experience in Investment Banking, Equity Research & Consulting. Prior to joining Viedea, he worked as an Equity Research Analyst with the Investment Management group of Allegro Capital Advisors, a Bangalore based Investment Banking firm.  At Allegro he was part of a high caliber research & portfolio management team. As an Analyst he initiated coverage & tracked companies in Consumer, Retail,  Automobile,  Media and Real Estate sectors. Prior to this, Aravind has worked with Ernst & Young and a Consulting firm. He holds a first degree in Commerce from Bangalore University and an MBA from Amity Business School.

Alap Bharadwaj brings over four years of work experience in diverse fields such as Investment Banking, Financial Advisory and Social Media. Previous endeavors include stints at DDAV Financial Services and Avendus Capital. At Avendus Alap spent two successful years working as part of the M&A and Private Equity transaction advisory team focused on the Technology domain – Avendus’ most active vertical. Alap’s key responsibilities included transaction execution, business development and research. Prior to joining Viedea, Alap spent a year setting up and running a technology focused NGO called India1st, an organization whose main aim is to enable the connection between India’s youth and NGO’s via an interactive social networking website. Alap holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Rochester, New York, USA.

Namit Goel has over one and a half year of experience in Investment Banking. Prior to joining Viedea, he was a part of the Media and Telecommunications team at UBS Investment Bank, Hyderabad. As an Analyst, he has tracked companies in Media and Telecom sectors in US, APAC and EMEA region. Namit is a CFA (US) Level 3 candidate and holds a Bachelor of Business Studies (Finance) from College of Business Studies, University of Delhi.
